The Tetristack modular palletizer provides a complete system for your case stacking needs. Tetristack is a robotic palletizing machine that features Fanuc M-410ib Robot with an end-of-arm-tool that can handle heavy loads \u2013 up to 120lbs. Dual infeed conveyors deliver the cases packed by dual TT-1200T Case Packers. The pallet is released from a high-capacity pallet magazine and dispenser. The robot picks the pallet pad from a separate magazine and assigns it to the pallet. Cases form a row on the conveyor, and the robot picks them up and places them on a pallet. When the first layer of cases is formed, the robot inserts a tier sheet and repeats the process until the pallet is full. The full pallet is conveyed out for further processing.<\/p>\n<\/span>\n\n\n

Tetristack features the Multi-Pattern Case Orientation system, allowing you to choose how the cases will be arranged on the pallet to maximize pallet stability. A double-row case collating station forms two rows of cases at once. The 90-degree case orientation pusher can turn incoming cases for 90 degrees when the change of stacking pattern is required.<\/p>\n<\/span>\n\n\n
