Administered by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), TRUE helps facilities measure, improve, and recognize zero waste performance by encouraging the adoption of sustainable waste management and reduction practices, which contribute to positive environmental, health, and economic outcomes.<br><br>The Truro facility has demonstrated exceptional dedication to best practices in recycling, reusing, and reducing waste. Through its rigorous efforts, the facility has achieved an impressive 95.5% diversion rate, effectively preventing a significant amount of waste from reaching landfills. This achievement includes the successful recycling of materials such as plastics and cardboard.
