They set out basic guiding principles that apply to all directors, management personnel, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers and other business partners, and other stakeholders, regardless of location. Together with our Supplier Code of Conduct and Sustainable Sourcing Policy, these documents communicate our values and expectations.<\/p>\n<\/span>\n\n<span class=\"prose block px-4 mb-4 wp-core-block-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IPG is serious about preventing, and should they occur, identifying and remediating, instances of corporate wrongdoing within the Company. Stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns about, or violations related to, any topic covered by these policies and the documents they reference. These topics include but are not limited to violations of laws to which the Company is subject, and improprieties and fraudulent acts relating to the Company\u2019s business practices.<\/p>\n<\/span>\n\n<span class=\"prose block px-4 mb-4 wp-core-block-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Violations of the Company\u2019s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and Human Rights Policy, including anti-competitive practices, child and forced labor, and environmental or responsible sourcing non-compliance are not tolerated in any part of IPG\u2019s value chain and will be investigated.<\/p>\n<\/span>\n\n<span class=\"prose block px-4 mb-4 wp-core-block-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anyone may report violations and submit complaints and obtain information, advice and suggestions confidentially and anonymously by phone or web provided by an independent third-party service provider. Confidentiality will be maintained to the fullest extent possible and information will only be shared on a \u201cneed-to-know\u201d basis, consistent with the need to conduct an adequate review. IPG values feedback from all stakeholders and does not tolerate any form of retaliation for good faith reports.<\/p>\n<\/span>\n\n<span class=\"prose block px-4 mb-4 wp-core-block-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Phone: The IPG Business Conduct and Ethics Hotline can be reached by calling (855) 446-9023. Contact information for reporting from outside North America is included in the policy linked below. When you submit a report by phone, you may choose to remain anonymous.<\/p>\n<\/span>\n\n<span class=\"prose block px-4 mb-4 wp-core-block-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Web: You may also report online using a web form at the link provided below. The report processing and escalation to the appropriate IPG contact is the same as when you call the IPG Business Conduct and Ethics Hotline.
